Hips on the up, hips on the down drill

RL singles on the up walking flatfoot

RL 3/4 on up walking in releve RL

RLRL 3/4 on the down walking RLRL flatfoot

Walk forward and backwards - arms in low 2nd - don't sway to the right of left with the hips, keep weight centered
